Who says voting "Present" has to result in controversy?

H RES 960: "Congratulating the National Football League champion New York Giants for winning Super Bowl XLII and completing one of the most remarkable postseason runs in professional sports history"

Only two House members voted "present" on this one. Click the link to see who.

Adding: while this definitely brightened my day, I'll be glad when Congress actually gets back to more pressing issues than, you know, sports....
