NH-Gov Straw Poll Thrusday

Based on performance in previous polls we will include:

 * Mark Connolly
 * Jackie Cilley
 * Maggie Hassan
 * Steve Marchand
 * Gary Hirshberg

We will also include any other new names nominated in the comments and uprated by at least 2 additional people.
