Remember all the money the National Organization for Marriage dumped into NH to try to stop marriage equality?
And remember how they vowed to make it a big issue in the next election cycle after their out-of-state hate was rejected? Well, it looks like they tried to just that in Iowa, turning a state house race into a proxy battle over marriage equality. They spent 90 grand (the source of which money continues to be a mystery) on TV ads. And lost. Words fail me, so instead, just: |
