(My sense is that FAUX!Hampshire, thankfully, has amassed a critical threshold of phoniness at this point in the eyes of the state media gatekeepers. Nontheless I agree with Kathy that this kind of nonsense needs to be pointed out regardless. - promoted by Dean Barker)
Faux!hampshire, which recently had to pull down a link to a story attacking a NH congressional candidate over ethnicity, today (1) has a story up claiming that President Obama is skipping Memorial Day observances and going on vacation (2) a link to a picture of the President and First Lady allegedly reciting the pledge with their left hands over the hearts, not their right, and (3) has a caption under the picture that says, "They hate America or are profoundly stupid".

Sean Millerick, who has taken over operation of the site from Patrick Hynes, may want to be careful when using terms like "profoundly stupid", as the picture he posts is a fake, and was proven to be a fake a long time ago.
Also, the link that Faux!hampshire has up to support its claim that the President is going to "skip" Memorial Day observances actually is a link to a story that says, the President and his family are returning to Chicago for the Memorial Day weekend. It says,
According to a White House official, the Obamas will arrive Thursday and stay until Monday, when Obama will participate in a Memorial Day ceremony at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood. The veterans' cemetery is about 50 miles south of Chicago.

So, run that "profoundly stupid" thing by me again?
I don't expect Faux!hampshire to pull these items down, or to apologize for [choose one] (a) making stuff up or (b) being profoundly, well, stupid. The site has become an ever more discredited faux-ny "news site", so why bother pointing these things out?
Because if we don't keep stating the facts when guys like Millerick and sites like Faux!Hampshire make stuff up, or fall for faux-ny stories off the internet, the traditional media may start to forget how untrustworthy a source the site has become. Well, it always was untrustworthy, now it is untrustworthy to a higher degree.
Not to mention that Faux!hampshire is the house internet shill for that other Sean, Mahoney, congressional candidate in the first district. Will Sean Mahoney call on his friends to pull down the lies that are now posted at Faux!hampshire regarding the President? Will he suggest to Millerick how profoundly inappropriate it is to call the President un-American based on a fake photo?
