Just want to point to (4.00 / 2)
a somewhat sensible (can't believe I'm writing that!) Foster's op-ed on Ayotte and the Republicans.
Link:  http://www.fosters.com/apps/pb...

Message to Hodes campaign; your message is beginning to get through.  Wait until people start paying attention.

"Physical concepts are free creations of the human mind, and are not, however it may seem, uniquely determined by the external world." A. Einstein

That's (0.00 / 0)
very interesting.  Other Democrats have been telling me that they don't like Hodes going negative on Ayotte.  But Foster's doesn't even touch the Palin endorsement, do they?  That's pretty interesting too.

Right, Lucy. And (0.00 / 0)
I got a chuckle out of the Foster's saying that Ayotte is getting the usual dose of skepticism while simply channeling Binnie's claim that he's a true economic savant.  This has the feel of the early stages of a political tsunami.  No wonder Ayotte is embracing Palin.

One thing about contested primaries is that they let people (0.00 / 0)
assuage their guilty consciences.  How many people voted for Hillary Clinton in the primary thinking, "I'll vote for her now and him later."

We'll see a test of that here in Georgia next week.  Karen Handel came in first in a field of five or six Republicans, but because she didn't get more than fifty percent, there has to be a run-off with Nathan Deal, a former Congressman.
Will the guys come out for the gal or find something more important to do?

Jack Kingston has, of course, endorsed Deal.
