I'm approaching apoplectic. The Fosters Daily Dose of Democrat Bashing has an editorial today that is striking in its tone and message against Carol Shea Porter. If ever we needed a reminder of what we are up against, the Foster's editorial staff provided it today.
Find it and read it for yourself. I refuse to link to it.
My response, submitted this a.m., below the fold. After this election season, I'd love to start a NottheFoster's dot com similar to this:

To the editor,
After reading the Foster's editorial, "Shea Porter is the real extremist", it is easy to understand the decline of this newspaper. The editorial staff has simply resorted to Tea Party talking points while ignoring the scandalous track record of the radical Republican Tea Party and candidates like Frank Guinta. The newspaper purports to be a conservative standard bearer but what I have discovered over the past few years is that they are simply full of hot air. While Bush and the Republicans turned a budget surplus into deficits, the Foster's led the cheers. While Bush and the Republicans began two wars and hundreds of thousands of people were maimed and killed, including thousands of our fellow Americans, the Foster's led the cheers. While Bush and the Republicans led our economy over the cliff, allowing Wall Street to perpetrate the biggest looting of national treasure in our history, the Foster's led the cheers.
The candidate that the Foster's supports, radical Frank Guinta, couldn't manage an ant farm. Guinta ran for mayor of Manchester declaring he would cut spending, lower taxes, and reduce crime. Sound familiar? During his tenure as mayor, spending went up, taxes went up, and crime went up. So we have that going for us, which is nice. There's also the mystery of Mr. Guinta's magical bank account - you probably won't get this news from the Foster's, but Guinta apparently found $355,000 that he "forgot" he had, and pumped it into his primary campaign. Think about that. Even if true, and Guinta "forgot" about this account, do we want someone who can "forget" about such things to help run our government?
This is without talking about Guinta's lies about his student loans and the solvency of Social Security, or how he "forgot" to pay his property taxes. Blech. The Foster's has been drinking too much Fosters is what I think - and they are intellectually bankrupt.
