Open Thread: US House Republican Nominee Mad Libs

by: Dean Barker

Fri Oct 15, 2010 at 06:17:21 AM EDT

Fill in the blank with the correct US House Republican nominee from New Hampshire:
______ claims his financial disclosure forms were botched. But Common Cause spokesperson Mary Boyle says it may be trouble: "Based on what has been reported, if Mr. _________ is elected to Congress, it appears these allegations certainly merit investigation by the House Ethics Committee.

Answer.

This is an Open Thread.

p.s.  Right on the heels of 2010 mid-terms, and before the 2012 POTUS primary, we might be looking at TWO special elections. Republicans are really good at keeping the campaign economy working!

He said he wants to get in, then out quickly.

I just don't believe this poll. (0.00 / 0)
The WMUR/UNH New Hampshire Election Poll conducted by the University of New Hampshire shows Ayotte leading Hodes 50 percent to 35 percent -- the same margin found in a September poll. Twelve percent are undecided.

This guy, Schaeffer, does not hold back. An open letter is read by radio show host, Mike Malloy.

Mike reads an incredible open letter to republicans, written by Frank Schaeffer.

beef with this is that I think Reagan would have LOVED Limbaugh.  He might not have invited him to dinner, but he'd have been happy to smile genially, shake his head, and say "Well, some of my supporters get a little carried away."

Don't kid yourself.  Ronnie had some vile people working for him. He could look like a nice guy because his dirtballs were so effective.

Schaeffer is an interesting man and a fine writer, but I could pick a few arguments with him.

A liberal listens to a conservative and says "You may have a couple of points there.  Let's try to compromise.

A leftist listens to a conservative and says "Your ideas are ridiculous.  Shut up and listen."
