Money, Meet Mouth

by: Dean Barker

"The scandals surrounding Charlie Rangel and Maxine Waters have shown us why we need to change the incentives for serving in Congress," Guinta continued. "If we can just change the way business is done in Washington, we can make it less attractive to serve for decades in Congress, and keep corrupt politicians like Rangel and Waters out."
Does Frank Guinta support incoming House Majority Leader Eric Cantor's zero-tolerance policy on congressional ethics?

Will he, as a member of the Tea Party Caucus, echo the Ohio Tea Party's call for incoming House Speaker Boehner to continue Speaker Pelosi's creation of an independent Office of Congressional Ethics?

Now that the campaign finance scandal is behind Guinta, he is hiring his staff.  Hie first two hires were his former campaign finance people, who will now be the heads of his DC & NH offices.

TOP GUINTA STAFFERS. U.S. Rep.-elect Frank Guinta will soon name his campaign fund-raiser as his chief of staff and deputy campaign manager as his district director.

Ethan Zorfas, the new chief of staff, took over as Guinta's finance director early this year and also helped fund-raise for U.S. Rep.-elect Charlie Bass.

Roger Wilkins, former co-leader of the now-dormant New Hampshire Advantage Coalition and longtime conservative activist, will head Guinta's district operations.
