I caught a clip of Charlie talking about running - (4.00 / 1)
He said NH voters have seen what Obama's all about and they will be ready for a change.

He'll try to run against Obama. He must figure the opportunity will be like 1994, when he beat Swett in Clinton's first mid-term - only easier, since it's an open seat.
