(So much for a nation of laws. - promoted by Dean Barker)
Andrew Manuse is a member of the Free State Project, a former newspaper reporter, and, most recently, a consultant for the Guinta for Congress campaign.
Manuse maintains his own website. On it, he recently posted this charming little bon mot:
"Until further notice, state and federal laws don't apply to anyone but members of Congress and state legislatures".

This guy has been retained by Guinta's campaign to help organize the campaign's town hall meetings. He has also sent out several pro-Guinta messages on the campaign's email list.
Since nobody involved with the campaign has yet denounced the actions of the fringe dwellers of the tea party movement, I think it's fair to ask whether Guinta and Mike Biundo approve of this sort of off the wall nonsense.
