Representing New Hampshire's Senate District 6, Barrington, Madbury, Nottingham, Rochester, Somersworth, recently represented by Jackie Cilley, previously represented by one Jeanne Shaheen.

Here supporting HB437, to deny same-sex couples marriage, and HB443, to deny same-sex couples marriage or any other form of domestic union.

GROAN... (4.00 / 2)

"The future is not something to be predicted, it's something to be achieved,"  unattributed aphorism

Groen and Bear It? n/t (4.00 / 2)

Jackie Cilley wasn't even my senator (4.00 / 2)
but boy do I want her back!

We have to defeat these guys... (4.00 / 4)
In 2012. They are destroying the New Hamsphire we love and I am really getting tired of it.

"When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."  Franklin D. Roosevelt

actually... (4.00 / 2)
this was Caroline McCarley's district not Senator Shaheen's. Senator Shaheen is now in district 6 but Madbury was in district 21 when she served in the state senate 1990-1996.

Have you told a stranger today about Bill O'Brien and his Tea Party agenda? The people of NH deserve to hear about O'Brien  and his majority committed to destroying New Hampshire and remaking it into a armed survivalist preserve.

Yikes! (4.00 / 2)
Well I guess that answers my question, and there I was worrying I was not articulate enough to run for State Senate!  I would suggest the Senator joins his local Toast Masters when the session is over.

This day was eye-opening for me. (4.00 / 5)
One eye-opener was learning that it's not just in the House where fringe candidates won office.  We have some incredibly outer orbit senators too.

This was actually the moment where I realized that.

Social Media Director for Jackie Cilley for Governor. Follow her on Twitter & Facebook!

Outer Orbit... (4.00 / 2)
...that even a wobbling planet wouldn't want.

a collective groen ? n/t (4.00 / 1)

note to close readers: this might be sarcastic so think twice before reading to candidates for use in their attacks on each other

Groen is wrong about what happened in Massachusetts (4.00 / 2)
He said "It deeply impacts what is taught in schools. It has brought government mandates that have forced the normalization of the gay lifestyle as an acceptable practice."

Politifact Rhode Island states that this claim is false. http://www.politifact.com/rhod...

There should be a Politifact New Hampshire, but I digress.
