It kicks off in a coupla minutes from Hanover.

Who has to prove what? How much focus on the host state? Is Herman Cain the flavor of this week? Is Ron Paul especially suited to the state? Did Michelle Bachmann find her directions back here?

Not near a TV.  Where is a live stream?  -- anyone know?

Just when you thought things couldn't get stranger... (0.00 / 0)
Then Herman Cain is asked about his 999 plan

Herman Cain's plan (0.00 / 0)
Here is Herman Cain's plan for coping with our current national economic emergency:

"999 upside-down is 666" (4.00 / 2)
From what I'm hearing that was the long bomb of the night. I'm curious if it gets coverage, because people will remember it.

Bachmann looks crazy saying that, but that's never stopped her.

Those who live by the cornball stupid gimmick (4.00 / 2)
die by the cornball stupid gimmick.

999, meet 666.

I for one am delighted by the cast (0.00 / 0)
apparently from some wayward production of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. A couple of them could even make Hannibal Lecter seem rational...

They. Don't. Care.
We do.
Rinse, repeat.

They make Romney (0.00 / 0)
look like a frikkin' genius! It is not good for us that none of them can land a punch on his glass jaw! They reinforce an image of him as invincible/inevitable/above the fray, which is not good for us.

"A national political campaign is better than the best circus ever heard of, with a mass baptism and a couple of hangings thrown in."  H.L Mencken.

But his polling numbers really don't rise. (0.00 / 0)
NH GOP voters may like him, but in other parts of the country they are still scrambling to find an alternative to Romney.  He's the establishment candidate.  The base is no longer an establishment base.  Perry is appealing to these voters.  Cain also, although I find it really hard to imagine him getting the nomination.  Should be interesting what happens outside of NH.  And what happens with all the NH GOPers who endorsed Perry.
