Please join Democratic activists and regular citizens tomorrow as we choose our delegates to the Democratic National Convention!
Saturday morning the Democrats in the 1st Congressional District will meet at the NH Institute of Politics, St. Anselm College, 100 Saint Anselm Drive, Manchester and in the 2nd Congressional District Democrats will meet at the IBEW Hall, 48 Airport Road, Concord.
Registration opens at 9 AM, the caucus convenes at 10 AM.
Once all of the delegate candidates have the opportunity to address to caucus, registration will close and voting will begin.
All NH Democrats and Independents (or 17 year olds who will be 18 by Nov. 6th, 2012) who support President Obama are welcome to attend and vote so bring a friend!
Voters will receive two ballots after they hand in a completed registration from. One ballot will list the male candidates and the other will list the female candidates. To ensure gender equality at the convention all state delegations are split evenly between men and women. Of the 18 delegates being elected tomorrow 9 will be men and 9 will be women.
