So unfortunate, and what a loss. Arizona Congressperson Gabrielle Giffords is resigning from Congress, to focus on her recovery from the shooting last January.
It's another cost of the guns-anywhere-and-anytime-by-anyone gun culture that is rampant in the nation, from the New Hampshire State House to the Wild West.
We need a serious national dialogue on this. But it might take so many future losses before we get to that.
In the meantime, let's hope for the best for Gabrielle Giffords and her husand and family. Such courage.
