John Sununu, Defined in One Sentence

by: Dean Barker

Fri Sep 05, 2008 at 06:06:22 AM EDT

Sununu, who decided not to attend the convention, added that he is "proud to call [McCain] a friend."
Oh, and Judd, based on this it looks like it's safe to come out from hiding again.  Your party's convention is over.

Considering how many people McCain calls "friend" (4.00 / 2)
one hope that means that Sununu has done nothing to incur McCain's wrath.

"Pride goeth before a fall."

This whole strategy is misguided (4.00 / 1)
They squandered their convention. I suppose they think it's tough love, as opposed to what they consider our group hug last week.

But they are completely wrong.

Shaheen Has It all Over Sununu (0.00 / 0)
I think what summarizes John Sununu best is that he hasn't found many things about the Bush/Cheney Administration with which to disagree.  And now he's going to go into lock-step and "yes sir" with the McCain/Palin Administration?

Jeanne Shaheen has it all over John Sununu.  He's been bragging in his television ads that he can walk faster than some of us, whatever that means.  If you're going in the wrong direction, that only means you'll get there quicker.

His 'Boy Scout' ad makes me laugh. (0.00 / 0)
He's nice to his family, and can walk up hills? Why, that's even better than the usual 'I could see myself having a drink with him.' criteria that some people use.

He plans on letting the 527 groups do the heavy lifting for him, doesn't he? Because if he tries to attack Shaheen's record on the issues, it's just going draw scrutiny to his OWN record on the issues.

Regards,
Corporate Dog

They won't help you, they won't implement any policies you believe in, and they won't do anything to solve the myriad crises we face, but they clear brush/were tortured/eat moose/walk quickly, so they've earned the right to run the country.

Hey Jim! (0.00 / 0)
Yes Jim,

John Sununu shows he can walk fast and run away from his anti-New Hampshire voting record.

then later he was found later digging a hole for himself, nice one Jeanne!

VALOR, n.  A soldierly compound of vanity, duty and the gambler's

hope.
