Clinton Snags Retroactive Endorsement

by: Dean Barker

Wed Sep 17, 2008 at 06:03:10 AM EDT

Jennifer Donahue, Political Director of the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St. Anselm College:
"Now [Shaheen] has to take the best of McCain and the top of Obama and own it" instead of being just a Hillary Clinton supporter, Donahue said.
Question of the day: what is the "best of McCain" that Shaheen needs to own to win?  Inventing the Blackberry, running ads more dishonest and dishonorable than Bush/Cheney ever did, or proclaiming that the fundamentals of our economy are strong?

What the heck does that even mean? (4.00 / 1)
Perhaps it was entirely coherent when Donahue said it, but as reported I can't understand it at all.

Remember how Jeanne Shaheen and Bill Richardson endorsed Hillary Clinton? (4.00 / 1)
Me neither, but plenty of people seem to disagree.

And by "disagree", I mean replace assumptions made nearly two years ago over facts that have been evident for months.
