Dealing the Dirt in District 11

(Good catch. - promoted by Dean Barker)

Just a quick note that Rep. Steve Spratt of Greenville, who is running for the Senate seat currently occupied by Peter Bragdon, is getting a dose of the same style of mud-flinging tactics used by Bragdon's campaign against incumbent moderate Republican Andy Peterson two terms ago. Landrigan has some of the details in the Telegraph, which also ran more recently in other local papers (not available online).

According to Landrigan, the mailings mentioned are enthusiastically endorsed by Fergus.

Spratt has a press release here on the 'Ticker addressing the issue, along with a brief list of Bragdon's voting record on some key issues.

Good to know voters in D-11 have a choice.
