$100,000

Dude, if I had a hundred grand to spend on Blue Hampshire, this place would be Teh Awesome. Stimulus I could believe in!

Seriously, though, this doesn't pass the sniff test, as evidenced by how it magically made all the regular right-wing old and new media within hours of DiStaso's column. It's about as organic and grassrootsy a website as the cream filling in a Twinkie.

And is Fred Tausch the same guy as this Mike Gravel-supporting Fred Tausch (or this one?), pushing a blog that's since been closed to the public, but whose YouTube channel was created by another wealthy Nashua man?  What's going on here?

Also in DiStaso (4.00 / 1)
Slightly stales news of the one-time Senate appointee:
After a week of silence, we did hear yesterday from U.S. Sen.-designate Bonnie Newman's camp. Not from Bonnie herself, mind you, but from her personal assistant.

Stephanie Harrison said Newman is tending to personal business and will not conduct interviews or speak about her position on issues "until we know more" about Gregg's confirmation hearings.

I complained that we didn't have any idea how Senator* Newman would vote. But, evidently, neither did she.

What a terrible, terrible appointment. Please change the law.
