Half a Dozen for NH-02

First I've heard of Atkins; the rest have been mentioned before at least once:
Raymond Buckley, chairman of the N.H. Democratic Party, said he has already spoken with half-a-dozen people interested in running for Hodes' seat in 2010.

Among the people Buckley said he could see campaigning for the 2nd District spot are Michael Atkins, a lawyer from Lyndeborough; State Rep. John DeJoie of Concord; Ann McLane Kuster, a lawyer from Hopkinton; N.H. Senate President Sylvia B. Larsen of Concord; Executive Councilor Debora B. Pignatelli of Nashua; and Katrina Swett, who ran for the same House seat in 2002 but lost in the general election.

Two names not mentioned by Ray? Jay Buckey and Molly Kelly.

Deb Pignatelli Would Be A Great Choice n/t (4.00 / 1)

wow Andy (4.00 / 2)
some loyalty

"Poetry is not an expression of the party line. It's that time of night, lying in bed, thinking what you really think, making the private world public, that's what the poet does." Allen Ginsberg

I Thought You Were Going For Employment Security Commissioner Now (0.00 / 0)
Sorry Boss, you gotta let the fan club know the change in plans.

Good To See Ray's Looking Ahead... (4.00 / 1)
...as he always does.  All of those listed are good candidates, including the ones mentioned by Dean and Andy.  New Hampshire Democrats have a good "bench," and that hasn't happened by accident.  Thanks to Ray, Kathy, and other good leaders through the years.

We almost have too (0.00 / 0)
good a bench. How can one choose from among them? There are two I'm leaning toward off the bat. That being said, If Deb Pignatelli runs, we'd better keep her EC seat blue. She's been so strong on that body.
