Degenerate Villagers

by: Dean Barker

Thu Jul 23, 2009 at 10:05:08 AM EDT

I see from my Google News page this morning that the degenerate Villagers have decided that ginning up racial resentments over a black president's comments on profiling is a lot more fun and exciting than covering the greatest advance in meaningful health care reform since LBJ.

Which in turn, will decrease the chances of meaningful health care reform passing.

Sigh.

p.s. This is also a stark reminder of how difficult being President Obama is in a political-media establishment so full of stoopid.

Those that do not know (0.00 / 0)
or care to acknowledge the difference between the adverb "stupidly" (as in act) and the adjective "stupid" (as in person).

This is what's stoopid.

Much more interesting to the booboisie than all that boring health care stuff that took up the whole hour before.

Republicans believe government is bad - then they get into office and prove it.

I'll trust you on that, Jim. (0.00 / 0)
can't bear to click on that link, and I think my firewall blocks it anyway.

His theory (4.00 / 1)
Gates wanted to be arrested.

But the highlight is when he talks about the neighbor: "Certainly a liberal, probably a racist" (or something like that).

If you're interested in my take, I've put up a diary on (4.00 / 1)
KOS that's received quite a bit of commentary.

also on Hannah, if you don't like KOS

This comment on Kos caught my eye.

It is SOP for the police to ask you to come outside. The reason is that they have been taught to control the environment. I live in the South. Here it is safe to assume everyone has a gun. They want you away from your guns.

I need to remember that the next time I feel like complaining about shoveling snow. Or maybe now, as we endure day after day of rain.
