(Bumped. - promoted by Dean Barker)

OK, OK, so some of you don't like that it's on a Monday. But there's a good reason for it, I promise.

Here's the when again, along with the where, and the price of the where:

When: Monday, 24 August, 5-7pm
Where: Hermanos Cocina Mexicana, 11 Hills Avenue, Concord
Price: $7.75 per person for the incredibly delicious food.

We have some very special guests coming, too. Drumroll, please...:

Rep. John DeJoie
Mark Fernald
Ann McLane Kuster

and...

Markos Moulitsas ZĂșniga

See, we're having it on Monday, because on the same night, right after the Bash, the Great Orange Satan will be speaking and book-signing over at Gibson's, right in walking distance. So we can all head over there at 7.

Also, Katrina Swett sends her regrets.  Unfortunately the date clashes with an event she's doing for the very worthy Lantos Foundation.

But wait, that's not all...

We still might have one or two more very special guests you will not want to miss.  Once I know, I'll let you know.

More details will also be forthcoming about music, possible charity donations, the roll-out of the BH T-Shirt, etc...

I'm such a geek by nature, I can hardly believe we are having such a cool party. Hope you can make it!

So, who can join me in a conversation just in Markos' earshot (4.00 / 4)
about how lucky we are that Dems kick off candidate selection in a progressive state like New Hampshire, rather than a gay-bashing, public services hating, state like California ?

Sorry, I'll still be in Georgia. N/T (4.00 / 2)

Even in New Hampshire, where they pretend it's the "New Hampshire Advantage", no ridiculous caps. (4.00 / 1)

Music? I'm in. (0.00 / 0)
Just tell me who, what key, and when to start playing.

Republicans believe government is bad - then they get into office and prove it.

I may even be able to come up with a whole band, if need be; just say the word...

Who?

OK, a bit cheap. I couldn't resist.

Have a good time, folks ..... (0.00 / 0)
.... if it started at 7:00, it would have been doable; but coming from Lebanon the early kick-off is a bit early.

Not to worry: I'll catch the Great Orange Satan in Pittsburgh next month. And the best thing about a Blue Hampshire shindig ... if you miss it, there'll be another one down the road.

mmm...Hermanos... (4.00 / 1)
I don't need to know anything else - agenda, special guests, whatever.  Doesn't matter.  For Hermanos' nachos, I'll find a way to get there.

best nachos and fresh salsa this side of the Pecos ! n/t (0.00 / 0)
