Telegraph: KingCast v. Ayotte, GOP Free Press hearing set for 27 Oct 9am

by: KingCaster

Fri Oct 22, 2010 at 19:50:20 PM EDT

The lawsuit:

http://www.wepapers.com/Papers...

The Motion for Recusal/Reconsideration overnighted yesterday prompting the immediate hearing instead of a 17 Nov date.

http://www.wepapers.com/Papers...

The video with Judge Lynn prompting the Motion to Recuse.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

Republican Nashua City Chair Dennis Hogan, who just got reprimanded the same time Judge Lynn was reprimanded this year, actually told the Telegraph that I "left voluntarily."

The pictures from other journalists present prove otherwise:

http://christopher-king.blogsp...

What planet are the GOP inhabiting?

Nashua Republican City Chair Dennis Hogan actually stated:
"He left voluntarily. I know that from his own video," Hogan said.

Here's today's story by Patrick Meighan.

Let's start with Kelly Ayotte media man Jeff Grappone and my response:

This is baseless and we will file a motion to dismiss," said Jeff Grappone, spokesman for the Ayotte campaign.

.....Yeah Jeff, the same way that you said the ALT+CONTROL+ DELETE email production lawsuit was an "election year stunt."

You guys just hate the First Amendment, that much is clear. And of course with Judge Lynn on the bench who thinks my activities are "nonsense" you have a fighting chance of winning, I'm just here to convey all of the relevant facts to the public.

That's what journalists do, whether you like it or not, my friend.

[So Jeff, let's see just how far you and a reprimanded Judge who thinks KingCast is "nonsense" will go to set back the First Amendment, and to show the World just what's it's like to practice journalism in the "Live Free or Die" State..... I'm just here to expose each and every step of our journey to the World Public. See you in Court.]

*************
And I almost always win First Amendment cases and I push it hard against Dems and Repblicans, watch Democratic County Commish Mary Jo Kilroy get an earful from Columbus School Board member Loretta Heard back in 1998, and watch Judge Lynn's nasty attitude toward me in 2006 all in one video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...

*********
Now, then, on to the substance, Dennis Hogan, you are crazy. Have you forgotten that I have the audio of our conversation that day?

You say I was not forcibly removed, have you seen the pictures taken by other media with three police officers running me out the door, and on video you can hear them stating that I am going to be arrested both at Arpaio and at VFW. And at VFW the cop clearly says I will be arrested if I try to go in, THAT is what is on the video Man, what planet are you on?
http://i54.tinypic.com/33njh55...

And of course they threatened to call the police

Arpaio public rally:

Wow Counselor, if that is the best you can do it's no small surprise that you didn't know you can't represent both husband and wife in a divorce proceeding.
http://www.nashuatelegraph.com...

You really should have kept your mouth shut like the other GOP mook because a Jury will find you entirely disingenuous, but thanks for the public statements Counselor.

Very Truly Yours,

Joe Biden speaks to New Hampshire at a Town Hall in Nashua

by: Brian P. Clark

Thu Sep 11, 2008 at 00:33:36 AM EDT

(Thanks Brian - promoted by Dean Barker)

Hi. I'm Brian, a staffer from the Obama/Biden campaign. Wanted to share this delightful day with everyone...

Senator Joe Biden was in Nashua, New Hampshire today and motivated the crowd at the Nashua Community College.

The crowd of over 500 felt the urgency as the days tick away toward November 4th. This election is different. We can no longer sit back and wait for others to make it better. This election is about us; each one of us; you, me, and our neighbors coming out and talking to each other about how we can change the world ourselves. This is new.

Senator Biden knows the change we need. You know the change we need. It's clear and it includes addressing the healthcare crisis, the energy crisis, the housing crisis, the education crisis... how many crises can we take all at once? We need solutions that make sense for all hard working Americans, like those below, who came to hear about this change.

We need you to motivate. We need you to get involved. We need you to talk to your neighbors in New Hampshire and spread the word. Without you, we cannot reach out to everyone it will take to win this crucial state. It's going to be close here in New Hampshire, real close. There are so many Independents, Republicans, and Democrats that want the change Barack Obama and Joe Biden will bring. You can bring that change too! Come to your nearest Field Office. Undecided voters are waiting. They need to hear from you. Our problems won't get solved without you!

Who knew?

Even as Senator Barack Obama has tried to overcome skepticism by some Jewish voters, he has been keeping a little family secret. Turns out that a member of the Obama clan is a member of the tribe - and a rabbi at that.

Rabbi Capers C. Funnye Jr., who heads a predominantly black congregation in Chicago, is a cousin of Michelle Obama, Mr. Obama's wife. Rabbi Funnye is the son of Verdelle Robinson Funnye, the sister of Mrs. Obama's grandfather, Frasier Robinson Jr. The relationship was first reported in The Wall Street Journal without mentioning Rabbi Funnye by name.

NH Veterans for Obama Steering Committee Roundtable in Manchester, NH

by: Brian P. Clark

Tue Aug 26, 2008 at 02:11:04 AM EDT

( - promoted by Laura Clawson)

Hi. It's Brian from the NH Obama staff. I wanted to share this great night with you...

Thursday night, at the American Legion Sweeney Post in Manchester, New Hampshire a group of Veterans met at a roundtable to discuss Senator Barack Obama's stance on Veteran affairs and benefits. Medal of Honor recipient and Vietnam veteran, Captain Paul "Bud" Bucha, joined them to kickoff the New Hampshire Veterans for Obama Steering Committee.

Bill from the Manchester Sweeney Post started off:

We need a change in this country. We need a change now. We need to bring somebody into the White House who will speak for us veterans, who will get us a VA facility like we need here in Manchester; the only state in the United States that doesn't have a full service VA hospital. We need people here to help us. We need Obama in office. We need Carol Shea-Porter in office. We need Governor Shaheen in office. We need everyone to help us veterans. A lot of guys who have got a lot of issues, they can't get them taken care of here. They have to travel to Massachusetts. They have to travel to Vermont, whether it's for cancer treatment or mental health facilities.

Jim Smith, retired Air Force General, served 28 years mainly as a fighter pilot, introduced Captain Bucha:

I supported Senator Obama early because I saw in him someone who understood that the last seven years of this nation's experience did not match what our nation stood for. And I think in Senator Obama we've got a candidate, that not only is right for this time, he probably represents the best candidate for change we've seen in several generations.

He's an artist and he don't look back

by: JonnyBBad

Fri Jun 06, 2008 at 06:38:21 AM EDT

An interview in today's Times of London with Bob Dylan on his upcoming first ever art show opening in London. At the end he responds to a question about the upcoming elections in America. Bob's expresses what we all hope to be true...that Obama has redefined politics 'from the ground up'. We are in upheaval over poverty and war, and economics are really getting the focus front and center. Herein the Horace of Hibbing holds forth.

From The Times

Bob Dylan: He's got everything he needs, he's an artist, he don't look back
The legendary singer/songwriter has an art exhibition opening in London next week and loves to talk about it. But you risk his 1,000-yard stare if you touch on his personal life

snip
Coming on top of the recent award to him of a special Pulitzer prize recognising "his profound impact on popular music and American culture, marked by lyrical compositions of extraordinary poetic power" ("I hope they don't ask for it back!"), all of this would suggest that he has arrived at a very creative but also contented period within his life.

"I've always felt that," he says. "It's just sometimes I've got more going on than at other times." But life is good? "To me, it's never been otherwise."

My time with Dylan is up and we stand in preparation for my leaving the room. As a last aside, I ask for his take on the US political situation in the run-up to November's presidential election.

"Well, you know right now America is in a state of upheaval," he says. "Poverty is demoralising. You can't expect people to have the virtue of purity when they are poor. But we've got this guy out there now who is redefining the nature of politics from the ground up...Barack Obama. He's redefining what a politician is, so we'll have to see how things play out. Am I hopeful? Yes, I'm hopeful that things might change. Some things are going to have to." He offers a parting handshake. "You should always take the best from the past, leave the worst back there and go forward into the future," he notes as the door closes between us.

The Drawn Blank Series exhibition opens on June 14 at The Halcyon Gallery, Bruton Street W1.

He looked for work and money and he walked a ragged mile...Hollis Brown

Just in: the Howard Dean/DNC "Hillary and Barack" e-mailer.

by: GreyMike

Wed Feb 13, 2008 at 12:53:20 PM EST

I assume many of you just got the e-mail from Dr. Dean looking for anti-McCain shekels, regardless of eventual nominee. Sounds OK to me. Comments? Pros and cons of shelling out to DNC vs. individual candidates, etc.?
