Responding to Citizens United*: A Proposal

The Citizens United decision has already started poisoning American politics - witness all the negative ads from "independent" groups and the US Chamber of Commerce funneling foreign money into the election.  The corrupted (see Justice Thomas' wife's money) and ivory-tower Court has apparently trumped the political process: Congress cannot pass any obvious law to undo the decision. What to do, except mourn?

How about trying to win this in the marketplace, as follows:

* Citizens United is the 2010 Supreme Court decision that struck down US law limiting corporation campaign contributions and political advertising. It is based in part on the 1870s sketchy Supreme Court decision that corporations enjoy the same rights as persons.

http://seminal.firedoglake.com... Ayotte claims to be a protector of Women's interests but her tenure as a New Hampshire Attorney General tells quite a different story. She and her crew allowed for bad LE to run amok, assaulting and threatening men, women and children throughout the State of New Hampshire, and that's a FACT.
