Website Attacking Hodes popped up in my Gmail banner

This website just showed up atop my gmail account:
http://www.hodesmustgo.com/

When clicked, you get a slick website asking you to email the Ayotte campaign, and sign a petition against cap and trade.

The site is run by the American Action Network, which claims to be unaffiliated with any campaign, though the Ayotte message is hard to miss.

The content is pretty weak, but I wonder if the GOP is starting to sweat a bit...

I saw one of those ads on Bill Tucker's miscellanyblue.com --- and I immediately clicked on it.  Bill gets to split the proceeds 50-50 with Google.

The HodesMustGo landing page uses a pic which looks like it could be from a BlueHampshire bash... ironically, Paul looks great in the pic: he has his sleeves rolled up and he is rocking out on a vintage Fender.  I think the intent was to show that he is not a serious candidate, in contrast to Kelly Ayotte who does not not sing or play the guitar.  But happily the pic makes you want to vote for the guy :-)

How the HELL did American Action Network get hold of that picture? (The pic seems to be from the BH bash earlier this summer.) Did someone sell it to them, or did they just steal it?
