Anyone Have a Spare Ticket for the Sprinter?

by: Dean Barker

Mon Sep 01, 2008 at 18:37:57 PM EDT

Come on down, John E., the water's fine!
"There will not be a speech by the President today about the convention -- or John McCain," White House Press Secretary Dana Perino told reporters...
Oh, wait. Scratch that. Better stick to that aw shucks "town to town" meme:
But when asked if he might gio to St. Paul later in the week, she replied, "I think we have to wait and see what the convention and the campaign say, and determine from there."

A Bush appearance might create some problems since many delegates seemed somewhat relieved that the unpopular president would be unable to come.

Can't have any more of these, can we:
p.s. HAHAHAHA. It's never to early to think about 2010. Judd Gregg can't be bothered to be a Republican this week either.

Well, you should (0.00 / 0)
shop at Stop Sununu.

They've got a mini-gallery of audio, pix, and vid.

Wonder if Sununu's fired now.

The water's fine? (4.00 / 2)
But Al Franken tells us that Norm Coleman doesn't fish in Minnesota - he goes way up to Alaska with his fishing buddies Ted and John E (and the lobbyists, of course).

Can't find it now, (4.00 / 1)
but somewhere I read that Coleman is one of the lone vulnerables going to the convention - because he has no choice, geographically.  He actually said he wouldn't go if it weren't in his state.

Shameless.

Wonder if Sununu's fired now.

I just don't get it (0.00 / 0)
Really, what the hell is with these guys?  I know the GOP is smaller, so maybe if you're big enough to be a delegate you have access, but WTF??
